The hearing of the Janta Ki Mahaadalat will be held on 16th & 17th September at Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on both the days. During this hearing three main cases will be taken up for hearing. That three cases are:
(a) Sushant Singh Rajput & Disha Salian Murder Case: This case is regarding the serious lapse and dereliction of duty by the officials of CBI in a serious case of murder, gang rape, child trafficking, etc.,
(b) Sahara Company case: This issue is regarding: –
(i) Refund of 13 crore investors money with compensation;
(ii) Complete justice with 12 lakh Sahara employees &
(iii) Prosecution of former Chief Justice of India Shri. J. S Khehar and SEBI officials who acted unlawfully and who are responsible for loss of life more than 300 investors who committed suicide.
(c) Chief Minister Kalikho Pul’s suicide case exposing corruption in judiciary: Immediate registration of FIR and action on the basis of suicide note of the Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister Sh. Kalikho Pul, where serious charges of Corruptions are made against former Chief Justice of India J.S.Khehar, Adv. Kapil Sibbal & others.
This Maha Adalat has been organized by ‘Indian Lawyers and Human Rights Activist Association’ ‘Awaken India Movement’ and others more than 300 organizations have extended their support to it. Crores of other justice-loving citizens, lawyers, journalists, retired judges are also extending their support to this mass movement.
The Chief Judges of This Mahaadalat:
(i) Adv. (Er.) Nilesh C. Ojha, National President of the Indian Bar Association.
(ii) Adv Ishwarlal S. Agarwal, President of the Supreme Court Lawyers Association.
On behalf of citizens Adv. Tanveer Nizam, other fellow lawyers and people’s representatives like Mr. Ambar Koiri, Mr. Madan Dubey etc., will put the case before the citizens’ court.
In order to reach an unbiased decision in the matter Amicus Curiae are appointed Adv. Aanand Jhondhle, Adv. Vijay Kurle, other lawyers and representatives of the people will assist the court as an amicus curiae.
Witnesses selected by the committee, many advocates from various Bar Associations of the country and justice-loving common citizens and victims will participate in the proceedings of the Maha Adalat through online hearings or they can watch the live telecast.
Many eminent personalities including senior social worker Shri. Anna Hazare, selected retired judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and other courts as well as bureaucrats, well-known senior lawyers, journalists, patriotic social organizations, army officers, army personnel, police officers, administrative officers as well as politicians are likely to attend this hearing.
The organization is calling for full committed cooperation to make the campaign successful and for the rebuilding of the nation. Majority of the people are going to participate in this fight against the injustice by personally attending and joining the hands against the oppressors and supporting Adv. Nilesh Ojha’s ‘Mission for Humanist Global India’.
